Mr. Chavira has over 18 years of experience with a complete understanding and technical ability needed to deliver and meet the requirements of all that is involved in performing plans, specifications, and estimates. His experience involves managing multiple roadway projects including: sub-consultants for TxDOT, NTTA, and several municipalities. He has assumed role of QA/QC technical manager on several large transportation projects, his background has provided an opportunity to work with various agencies including, but not limited to, the Texas Department of Transportation, the North Texas Tollway Authority, Texas Turnpike Authority and various city and municipal entities.

Don F. Johnson, Jr., P.E.

Mr. Johnson has over 18 years of experience with numerous design-build and municipal projects. His experience includes: telecommunications, gas, electric, water and wastewater relocations along TxDOT projects. Mr. Johnson studied water distribution and wastewater masterplans, impact fees analysis of water and wastewater systems, designs of water and wastewater lines, pump stations, elevated storage tanks, ground storage reservoirs, lift station, and storm sewer for municipalities.

Ann Hallstrom, RCDD

Ms. Hallstrom has over 35 Years of experience in the telecommunications industry. As a telecommunications manager, her experience includes: designing manholes, conduit, cable, fiber, VRADs, SAI (Serving Area Interfaces), ROW, and railroad crossings. Ms. Hallstrom coordinated with TxDOT, NTTA and various City Utility Coordinators such as: University Park, Highland Park, Dallas, and Addison to provide road widening designs and day-to-day business for a major telecommunications provider. She worked with cities in the Dallas - Fort Worth area to obtain permits for special designs and emergency replacements. When designing railroad crossings, she has coordinated special permits and installations with BNSF and Union Pacific Railroad.

Roy Hodo

Mr. Hodo has over 40 Years of experience in the telecommunications industry. As a telecommunications manager, his experience includes: designing relocation and/or new installations of conduit systems with manholes, copper and fiber cables, SAI’s (Serving Area Interfaces), RT’s (Remote Terminals) in cabinets, mini-huts, and CEV’s (Controlled Environmental Vaults), VRAD’s, and various multiplexers. Projects included working in numerous city Right of Way, railroad crossings, and TxDOT Right of Way. Projects included permitting and coordinating with various City and TxDOT Utility Coordinators in various locations in Texas including: Arlington, Austin, Fort Worth, Dallas, Hurst, Euless, Bedford, Grand Prairie, Richland Hills, North Richland Hills, Haltom City, Kennedale, Mansfield, Midlothian, Tyler, Waxahachie, and White Settlement.

Billy Kidd

Mr. Kidd has over 42 years of experience with construction of telecommunication facilities, including overseeing/managing specific projects. As a telecommunications consultant, he serves as single point of contact, coordinating facilities, and relocation in TxDOT Right of Way for major highway projects. Additionally, Billy has supervised outside plant construction crews of 13+ technicians. He has administered construction contracts for placement of outside plant facilities. Coordinated and developed procedures for deployment of new technology for records verification of outside plant facilities.
