Mr. Johnson has 24 years of experience managing and designing utility projects for water, wastewater, telecommunication, electrical, and gas facilities. Mr. Johnson has extensive experience with the relocation process including data collection (managing SUE and reviewing information), identifying potential utility conflicts, presenting alternatives, correlating an opinion of probable construction costs, and closing out a project. He is proficient with Texas UAR codes and designs accordingly, including designing to avoid proposed roadway and associated elements. Additionally, Mr. Johnson has developed professional relationships with utility owners and leverages on those relationships to expedite the relocation process when necessary. He has facilitated meetings involving utility companies, the client (i.e. TxDOT, the City, etc.) and contractor to discuss conflict resolution keeping projects on task.
