Mr. Chavira has 25 years of experience with a complete understanding and the technical ability needed to deliver and meet the requirements of all that is involved in performing plans, specifications, and estimates. His experience includes: managing multiple roadway projects including subconsultants for TxDOT, NTTA, and several municipalities. He has assumed role of QA/QC technical manager on several large transportation projects, his background has provided an opportunity to work with various agencies including, but not limited to, the Texas Department of Transportation, the North Texas Tollway Authority, Texas Turnpike Authority and various city and municipal entities.
