Construction
Management

Solaray’s goal is to deliver exceptional service from inception to completion.  One of the ways we accomplish this is providing construction management services.  With over 35 years of experience in managing construction projects in utilities and telecommunications, Solaray successfully oversees the construction of facilities for the clients.

• Assist in constructability review of design, as well as construction planning and implementation for the project.
• Assist in the coordination of labor and materials.
• Assist  in the identification and removal of project roadblocks.
• Attendance at regular Project coordination meetings to give progress reports and address on-going project issues.
• Provide site visits to monitor project for proper construction, and adherence to standards for quality and safety.
• Assist in all the necessary associated documentation and reporting of labor and materials, completion dates, amongst others.
